• Corn is one of the staple ingredient in the Mexican diet. In this class you will learn the different uses of corn dough. 
• Adrian will explain the process and show you how to make the perfect corn dough and teach you how to make tortillas, sopes, and empanadas!
• You will have the chance to eat refried beans, red rice, and spicy salsa to enjoy the corn beauties that you will be making in class.

• Adrian will take you through the process of making tamales with banana leaves. Made from corn masa, filled with deliciousness, and steamed to perfection!
• You will learn traditional methods and secrets to make the perfect tamale. 

• You will learn to make tortillas from scratch. A fun and easy way to get into Mexican cooking.

• Mole is considered a type of sauce in Mexican cuisine. Mole is rich in history and depending on the region in Mexico it’s a rainbow of colours, red, green, yellow, and even black. Containing a variety of ingredients, one of them being chocolate! But we won’t go into that, chef Adrian will brief you on all that on the day.

Giving you a chance to taste delicious Mexican food that has been passed on from generation to generation. Offering a 4 course degustation delight, giving you the opportunity to taste a variety of flavours.
